Beginning of October, the French Textile Machinery MAnufacturers’ Assocation (UCMTF) announced the appointment of Mireille Jautzy as Secretary General. She took over from Christian Guinet who had decided retire.
Hugues Schellenberg, the President, would like to underline ” it is a great opportunutiy for us to wellcome Mireille. She will bring a new approach regards her experience has been on top positions, taking part to piloting strategies and significant projects. We chose her bringing new ideas and transition with christian Guinet has been smooth and as they had been working together from July this year.
Hugues Schellenberg adds it was a significant period while working with Christain Guinet. He had to face the Covid crisis and particular situation over fairs and international trips. He joined one of our members in 1982 and has been President of our Promotion Committee orgizing our road shows, seminars and National pavilions in many fairs and managed our relations with textile press. He took the position of Secretary General in 2019 All our contacts know and appreciate him.
I am quite sure, they will wellcome Mireille who shares the same values than French Machinery members. She will be a great asset to our members which are exporting, all over the World, most of their machines and services.”
