Picanol’s completely new and revolutionary rapier weaving machine, Ultimax, was introduced in Asia for the first time.
Held right after ITMA 2023 in Milan, ITMA ASIA + CITME once again presented an excellent opportunity for Picanol to demonstrate its technological leadership in air-jet and rapier weaving machines. ITMA ASIA + CITME visitors explored five different types of high-tech weaving machines and the PicConnect digital platform at Hall 3, Stand C11, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai from 19 to 23 November 2023.

Picanol has five weaving machines on display: the latest Ultimax rapier machine as well as the GTMax-i 3.0 Connect and a GTMax-S Connect rapier machine. Additionally, two of the OmniPlus-i Connect airjet weaving machines were exhibited at the Picanol stand. Our sales and service team also demonstrated the unique functionality of our new digital platform, PicConnect. With PicConnect, Picanol centralizes its digital tools and services into a single, fully digital platform. At ITMA ASIA + CITME, visitors had the opportunity to discover all the advantages and latest features of PicConnect to take full advantage of the possibilities offered by Picanol weaving machines.
