Developments in the Fiber Industry to be Discussed at Dornbirn

The Dornbirn Man-Made Fibers Congress (Dornbirn-MFC), with more than 100 expert presentations to be carried out, will shed light on the developments taking place within the fiber industry. Dornbirn-MFC, being one of the most influential organizations with respect to the man-made fibers industry will be introducing the innovative and ecological production methods taking place within the industry. The Slovakian Company SCA Gemerská Hôrka enhanced its production lines with the installation of the four-colour TRESU flexo printing units featuring F10 iCon automated ink supply systems. The company reported a ‘step change’ in quality, safety and process efficiency improvements, after installing the new TRESU printing units. Replacing offline single printing units with an ‘open’ ink supply and chamber, the new TRESU printing units integrate into the production lines, enabling SCA to manufacture its products and apply brand identification graphics, in a single pass for the first time.
